About Bashor & Legendre, LLP, CPAs

A full-service accounting, tax and consulting firm serving the Tampa Bay area with auditing, review and compilation engagements, tax planning and preparation, budgeting, reserve studies and general consulting. Much of the practice centers on community associations: the firm works with more than 500 condominium and homeowner associations and coordinates with over 15 management companies as well as attorneys serving that industry. The firm has participated in the AICPA peer review program since its inception and reports earning the program's highest rating.

The practice grew from a staff of three in 1985 to more than 30 accounting and tax professionals and support staff. Percy J. Legendre, III, who has over 35 years of accounting, tax and consulting experience, was named managing partner in 2001. He belongs to the AICPA and the FICPA, including its section for Common Interest Realty Associations, is a past president and current board member of the Suncoast Chapter of the Community Association Institute, and is a 1983 graduate of Louisiana State University.
