BodyGames + Reset Room is a fitness studio at 5120 N Roxboro St, Suite 4, inside the Riverview Shopping Center in Durham, serving North Durham, Bahama, Rougemont, and Roxboro NC within about a 10-mile radius. Its class schedule includes strength training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (24 workouts a week), conditioning on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (13 workouts a week), themed spin rides on Thursdays, Hot Mat Pilates on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays (6 classes weekly), and Hot Yoga on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays (8 classes weekly). Members get 24/7 open gym access, virtual and on-demand workouts, and 1-on-1 coaching. The studio also runs an Unlimited Nutrition Coaching program covering real-life nutrition guidance, custom meal plans, macro coaching, and goal setting, plus InBody body composition scanning and recovery services. A supervised Kids Room is available for children as young as 2-3 months, with sessions Monday-Friday at 9:10am, 4:40pm, and 5:40pm and Saturday at 8:10am and 9:10am.
