An offshore staffing firm working exclusively with accounting practices, placing full-time dedicated bookkeepers, US GAAP accountants, tax accountants, auditors, and virtual assistants drawn from talent pools in the Philippines, Latin America, and South Africa. Candidates go through a 16-step vetting process covering technical assessments, ethics and critical-thinking evaluations, and personality fit, and most firms see a first matched candidate within two to three weeks. Placements are full-time only, work in the client's time zone, and are issued company-managed secured devices supported by an in-house IT team. Staff are also trained to use tools such as ChatGPT, Fathom, and Zapier, and a candidate portal lets firms browse resumes, videos, scores, and pricing before booking interviews.
CEO Jordan Sublette ran an accounting firm and struggled to find staff; his first offshore hire, Philippines-based accountant Rachelle Caban, proved the model and stayed with him after he sold the firm. He and his brother launched Cloud Accountant Staffing in 2022, landing their first client placement in four weeks. The company reached 100 active placements in 2024, when Conner Bland joined as partner, and 250 in 2025, the same year it expanded its talent network into Latin America and South Africa. Rachelle Caban is now Head of Finance and Operations, based in the US.
