Serves as the contact point for new or existing businesses pursuing expansion, relocation, or other development projects in Darke County, Ohio, with a mission of facilitating business investment and job creation. Resources include a site selector with industrial park listings, information on tax reform, incentives, agribusiness, transportation and utilities, and a Small Business Resource Guide. The organization also runs workforce and career connections programming, Leadership Darke County, and an annual economic forum. Staff includes a director, a workforce specialist, and a career connections coordinator, with a board drawn from local governments, manufacturers, banks, healthcare, and utilities.

The organization promotes Darke County, established in 1809 on the west-central Ohio hrough agagriculture the nineteenth century and became a regional and state agricultural leader. It operates alongside the Community Improvement Corporation of Darke County and Partnering for Success, Inc., whose annual financial reports are available at its Greenville office.
