Rather than keep working for employers who did not value their staff's wellbeing, she decided to build something of her own, and she did not do it alone. Deanna, her friend of thirteen years, came in as co-founder, and in 2020 the two of them started the company. They arrived from opposite directions. Dee is originally from Ohio and spent years in the medical field, where cleanliness, organisation, attention to detail and compassion were part of the job every day. Tam came from customer service, bringing the professionalism and the focus on what a client actually experiences when someone enters their home. They have grown it since 2020 on consistency and client loyalty, and the company is now Better Business Bureau accredited, working across Metro Atlanta on homes, commercial premises and motor coaches. As Tamarika puts it: "We take pride in all of our cleanings as if we were cleaning our own home. We make sure that trust is earned in both ways."
