Auto repair shop in Orlando, FL
An independent repair shop for Tesla and Rivian vehicles, staffed by factory-trained, ex-Tesla technicians. Service covers five areas: routine and out-of-warranty maintenance and repair (tires, alignment, suspension, brakes, fluids, low-voltage); high-voltage and drive-unit work including battery diagnostics and replacement, charging systems, contactors, DC-DC and thermal management; performance and customization such as suspension, brakes, wheels, hitches and one-off builds Tesla doesn't offer; pre-purchase diagnostics and inspections; and fleet work through a Rivian and Amazon EDV partnership. Supported vehicles include Model 3, Y, S, X, Cybertruck, the original Roadster, and Rivian R1T, R1S, R2 and commercial EDVs. Appointments are required and diagnostic time is billed, with testing and evidence preceding any repair-or-replace recommendation. Financing is available through Sunbit and Affirm.
Founded in 2019 by Rich Benoit of the Rich Rebuilds YouTube channel, Chris Salvo of EV Tuning, and Chad Hrencecin, who opened one of the first independent Tesla repair shops in Seabrook, New Hampshire. Salvo and Hrencecin had joined Tesla in Watertown in 2013 after backgrounds at BMW, and that factory experience became the shop's technical foundation. A Florida operation opened in Ocala in 2020 and moved to East Colonial Drive in Orlando in 2025; the New England shop relocated to Amesbury, Massachusetts in 2021. Also in 2025 the company's training work became AutoUpskilled and it began partnering with Rivian and Amazon on EDV repair.
