Glenn Banner graduated from Florida State University in 1999, moved to Jacksonville for law school at Florida Coastal School of Law, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003, beginning his career defending insurance companies in car accident and disputed medical claim cases. In 2007 he joined the national firm Hinshaw & Culbertson, becoming a partner in 2012 and litigating hundreds of cases across Florida in its consumer litigation practice group, covering business litigation, real estate disputes, professional malpractice, mortgage foreclosure, auto negligence, nursing home defense, and debt collection. After years on the defense side he changed direction and founded the Law Office of Glenn S. Banner, P.A. in 2017 to represent consumers and victims of wrongful conduct. A Jacksonville resident for over 23 years, he has volunteered as a coach with the Jacksonville Beach Baseball Association and i9 Beaches Flag Football.
