About Mario's Auto Repair
A family-owned shop on SW 5th Street handling twelve service categories for domestic and Asian imports: brakes, A/C recharge and compressor work, oil changes, front-end and four-wheel alignment on Hunter equipment, batteries and alternators, computer diagnostics, CV joints and boots, radiators and water pumps, suspension, tires, tune-ups, and routine maintenance. Mario diagnoses every job himself and an ASE-certified team performs the repairs. Every repair carries a one-year guarantee on parts and labor, and no work begins until the customer is called with a price and approves it. Spanish is spoken, and payment is accepted by cash, major cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle.
Mario's father opened the shop on SW 5th Street in 1972, when Mario was twelve and sweeping floors and handing over tools. Mario later earned an FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification for aircraft work, then returned to the shop and added ASE certification in automotive repair. The business has stayed in the same family at the same location, serving multi-generation Miami families for more than fifty years.
