A nail salon and cocktail parlor offering hyper-clean, non-toxic nail care alongside drinks. The team of more than 150 includes nail technicians, front desk hospitality associates, housekeepers and managers, plus a photographer, florist, and maintenance crews servicing the spaces weekly. Gift certificates, online booking, and group events ("shindigs") are available. The business donates time and resources to organizations serving unhoused neighbors and youth, and considers fundraising gift requests.

The salon opened in 2014 in DC's Logan Circle and has since expanded to additional locations across the DMV. Staff and clients are referred to as "Familia," the Portuguese word for family, reflecting shared values the salon says it wants guests to encounter on every visit.
