Pizzabilities in Santee is a purpose-driven, build-your-own pizzeria that employs people of all abilities working side-by-side to serve custom pies, pasta, salads, and craft beer. The concept, inspired by a young woman with special needs, grew out of a partnership with the family behind the former Nicolosi's Italian Restaurant. Guests choose from thin crust, gluten-free, cauliflower, or thick crust in a fast-casual, Subway-style format, with catering also available.
