Ray Ray's Tacos is a taco shop on Main Street in St. Helena serving Texas Hill Country-style breakfast tacos and Northern California chef-inspired signature tacos, including shredded brisket and scratch-made salsas. Chef-owner Rachel "Ray Ray" Williams, a Culinary Institute of America graduate who previously worked at The Restaurant at Meadowood and The Charter Oak, started the business as a Napa Valley farmers market stall in 2019 before opening the brick-and-mortar in 2024. It's known locally for its queso and all-day breakfast tacos.
