The business traces its start to a joint summer birthday celebration, where guests enjoyed the food so much that it led to the restaurant's very first catering order and eventually inspired the launch of the business itself. The menu centers on Jamaican staples prepared with a natural blend of island spices meant to recreate an authentic Caribbean experience with every plate. Signature entrees include curry chicken, curry shrimp, oxtails, jerk chicken, jerk pork, curry goat, brown stew chicken, and curry oxtails, each served with a choice of two sides such as rice and peas, cabbage, mac and cheese, fried plantains, rasta pasta, white rice, or candy yams.
