About Reds' Bistro

Reds' Bistro is a scratch-kitchen restaurant in Loomis opened in spring 2020 by Karen Dresch and Russ Townsend, now considered one of Placer County's most celebrated dining spots. It serves fresh, seasonal comfort food made with locally and responsibly sourced, seed-oil-free ingredients and certified Angus beef, alongside handcrafted cocktails. GM/sommelier Jake Somers curates an internationally focused wine list in the restaurant's brick-and-banquette dining room.
