Small business clients can add full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll record keeping and required filings, tax planning, budgeting and forecasting, and corporation start-up consultation, plus representation before the IRS or other tax authorities. The company was founded by Warren Reid, Sr., who began preparing income taxes in 1991 and started the business after several years of tax preparation and small business accounting work.
