An all-you-can-eat Brazilian churrascaria on International Drive where gaucho-attired carvers circulate with skewers of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage, sliced tableside; diners use a green-and-red card to signal when to be served. The seasonal salad area includes chef-crafted salads, roasted vegetables, imported cheeses and charcuterie, alongside house-baked cheese bread, garlic mashed potatoes and fried bananas. Lunch, weekend lunch and dinner service are offered, plus a salad-area-only option and a weekday happy hour with caipirinhas and private-label wine. Private dining seats up to 50 guests, with to-go ordering, catering, and complimentary valet parking.

The company traces its start to Porto Alegre, Brazil, where one of the partners, drawn to ranching life and rodizio-style feasting, set out to bring churrasco culture to the United States. Texas was chosen as the home base for its cattle-country traditions, pairing Brazilian churrasco with Texas hospitality. The family-owned restaurant has since expanded domestically and internationally.
