Semi-permanent eyebrow work in three techniques: microblading, which uses fine angled needles to create hair-like strokes and suits normal to dry skin; ombre brows, a soft powdered fill of pigment recommended for oily skin; and combo brows, which pair hair strokes at the inner brow with shading toward the tail for those with dark, coarse hair.
