Frank H. Kerney III and Octavio "Tav" Gomez founded the firm in 2022 to provide nationwide representation in inaccurate credit reporting and background check cases. Both previously worked in Morgan & Morgan's national consumer protection department, where Gomez served as head of the group and Kerney was an equity partner; Law360 named that group Consumer Protection Group of the Year in 2020 and named Kerney a Top Attorney Under 40 the same year.
