Tyler Tuchow, originally from Chicago, visited South Florida with his family as a child and moved to Fort Lauderdale permanently in 1990, becoming a Harbor Inlet resident in 1997 and opening a Las Olas office in 2002. He has spent more than 20 years in real estate as both an investor and broker. In 2023 he assembled multi-land deals in Edgewater, Miami and became a partner on two high-rise development projects. In April 2024 his founding company, Kensington & Company Real Estate, merged with Fortune | Christie's International Real Estate, now the flagship Fort Lauderdale office, where he serves as Managing Partner.
