About Undo's

A family restaurant serving Italian and American cuisine, with a different daily special at each location and space for private parties ranging from three to fifty guests. Catering is offered at the restaurants and off-premise, and the company is the exclusive caterer for the St. Florian Event Center in Wintersville, Ohio. The Benwood location is one of three full-service restaurants, alongside Weirton, West Virginia and St. Clairsville, Ohio.

Undo and Jenny Sparachane purchased the Flamingo Club in Benwood in 1953 and added the Benwood Stag Bar in 1965, forming Undo's Famiglia Restaurant. The business has stayed family-owned and now employs roughly 100 people across its locations, with corporate and catering offices in Wheeling. Anthony "Undo" Sparachane, who died in 2013, and his wife Jenny raised four children in Benwood around a shared family dinner table, a tradition the restaurants say they carry on.
