About Woodland Automotive

A general repair shop working on all makes and models, import and domestic, gas and diesel. Services include Virginia state inspections, oil changes, brakes, steering and suspension, engine, transmission, exhaust, cooling system and A/C repair, factory scheduled maintenance, fluid and filter services, trip inspections, and computer, electrical and check engine light diagnostics. Work is done by appointment only, and customers describe an emphasis on diagnosing problems rather than replacing parts until the issue disappears.

The shop is owned and operated by Alex Hashem, originally from Downingtown, PA, who has been working on cars for 20 years. Longtime customers note he worked on their vehicles and fleets in the Shenandoah Valley before opening Woodland Automotive full time.
