Listing service includes professional photography, single-property landing pages, mass texting, social media and Facebook ads, plus e-signature and transaction management through Dotloop and Boldtrail. 1 Percent Lists grew out of Grant and Kelly Clayton's frustrating experience selling their own home with a 6% commission agent. The couple got their real estate licenses in 2011, tested a lower-fee, higher-volume model, and rebranded as 1 Percent Lists in late 2015 around a flat 1% listing fee supported by technology and low overhead. They began franchising in 2020. The Florida and Alabama coast location is led by owners Stacia LaMulle and Chad Roig II.
