About 14 Parishes Jamaican Restaurant on Oak

Jamaican homeland classics including beef patties, jerk chicken, and sweet plantains, catering, meal prep, and the Likkle 14 food truck.

14 Parishes was founded by Chef Charles Blake, who grew up in St. Catherine Parish, Jamaica, and his partner Lauren Blake. The couple began selling $10 supper plates from Lauren's mother's New Orleans home in 2014, opened their first restaurant in Central City in 2016, and have since expanded to Oak Street (2021) and Algiers Point (2023), plus the Likkle 14 food truck (2025). The name honors the 14 parishes of Jamaica.
