Founded by couple Jay Roberts and Katrina Jones, who left their corporate jobs in Atlanta -- Jay in logistics and Katrina as a travel agent -- and relocated with their three kids to Pembroke Pines to launch the food truck. The business has also fed South Florida's homeless population.
