3 Flock Farm is a Black-Owned family farm of about 25 acres near Ellettsville in southern Indiana, run by Lauren McCalister and Brett Volpp. The farm raises sheep for meat and wool, plus goats and chickens, and grows blueberries, sweet potatoes, and mushrooms using regenerative organic practices. Grass-fed lamb is sold through the People's Cooperative Market in Bloomington.

Lauren McCalister and Brett Volpp married in 2013, and friends gave them farm animals as wedding gifts, including three Jacob sheep that inspired the farm's name. After farming in Brown County and on rented land near Unionville, they used a USDA FSA loan to buy a former cattle farm near Ellettsville, where the original farmer's daughter sold to them because they planned to keep farming the land.
