Aaron Schat's Roadhouse grew out of the Eastside's Raymond's Deli, which Aaron bought and relocated to the former Sizzler building on Main Street, opening in August 2014 with an expanded menu beyond the original lunch-deli concept. It operates independently from the historic Erick Schat's Bäkkery.
