About Alliekits Network

Alliekits Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Long Beach, CA, founded in 2020 by Allison Tillman to nurture young girls' creativity, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Built around four pillars -- Education, Experience, Exposure, and Equitable Opportunities -- it provides mentorship, 1-on-1 coaching, and emotional wellness support aimed at closing gaps in representation for girls in business and creative industries. The organization also received a Catalyst Grant to launch its Ascend Creative Workforce Initiative in Long Beach.
