A 73,000-square-foot restored warehouse on the Hillsborough River operating as a food hall, shopping destination and event venue. More than twenty resident concepts share the building, among them Oak + Ola, Steelbach, Ling's Dumplings, Zukku, Butcher N Barbeque, Buddy Brew coffee, Empamamas, Muchachas, Han Handrolls, Chill Bros and the M.bird rooftop bar, alongside shops and services like Posies Flower Truck and Urban Kai. Private event spaces include the Theatre, Rooftop 220, The Gathering, Social Hall, Social Room and Courtyard, booked for weddings and corporate functions.
