About Beach Eats Food Truck

Beach Eats is a gourmet food truck operated by a Pacific Beach family, led by San Diego native and culinarily trained chef Chip McCarty. The truck sources organic and sustainable ingredients, including beef from Brandt True Natural Beef and seafood from local fisherman John West, for its scratch-made menu. Chip and his wife bring over 40 years of combined restaurant experience, including prior chef roles at Valley View Casino and Hard Rock Hotel, and the business runs both a vending menu and a separate catering menu for events.
