A business networking community running multiple chapters and power groups across northern New Jersey, including biweekly breakfast meetings and member-hosted events. Alongside the groups, it offers sales team coaching and keynote speaking on business networking, referrals, and relationship building. The emphasis is on teaching professionals how to network effectively rather than simply tallying referrals, and members range from small business owners to nonprofits.

Founded by David Faccone, who serves as CEO and leads the groups. After years in traditional networking organizations, he saw too much focus on counting referrals and not enough on teaching professionals how to build quality connections, and started beSure to fill that gap. Peter D'Angelo, with 13 years in the mortgage industry and a background in private banking, serves as Vice President of Business Development, growing membership across chapters and power groups.
