A food truck operation built around scratch-made biscuits and gravy on a rotating menu. Alongside the Classic buttermilk biscuit with country sausage gravy, flavors include a KY Hot Brown with mornay gravy, smoked turkey and bacon; Queso My Tots with cheddar chorizo gravy and tater tots; a Taco version on a cornmeal biscuit; Shrimpy Tomato with creole tomato gravy and blackened shrimp; and a vegetarian Mexican Street Corn eloté gravy on a cilantro parmesan biscuit. Other options feature smoked brisket with gouda gravy, Philly-style shaved steak, spicy chili colorado chicken, and loaded baked potato gravy.
The business began in 2019 when the owners bought a worn-out pop-up camper and started converting it into a food trailer. Before the build was finished, Aleisha entered the Gravy Cup, the largest biscuit and gravy cook-off, and took second place in the Non-traditional category with a sweet potato maple bacon gravy. A move from Kentucky to Alaska led to a second truck built from a 1970s bread van, then a third purpose-built trailer insulated for baking at temperatures as low as -25F. The operation returned to Kentucky in 2025, the same year Aleisha took first place at the Gravy Cup, with a fourth truck nearing completion.
