About Blu Tee Spoon

Teresa "Tee" Sparks - Founder Blu Tee Spoon, LLC is a relatively young brand, which was founded in 2019, by Teresa Sparks a Registered Nurse with a British, Jamaican family history. After relocating as a young child from London, England to Connecticut and then to Florida where she grew up, roots were finally established in the Raleigh/Durham community of North Carolina. As a traveling nurse she explored many cities not able to find many options for delicious vegan comfort food during her transition to a vegan lifestyle in 2017. She decided to create her own style of what she enjoyed eating the most.
