Beata A. Bodyziak was born in Poland and immigrated to New Jersey with her family at age two, remaining fluent in Polish and active in the local Polish-American community. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University and a Juris Doctorate from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. After working under the mentorship of two attorneys, she opened her own practice to offer accessible, personalized legal services in her community.
