Brown Shugah Nail Bar is an appointment-only nail salon with locations in Mount Holly and Gastonia. A kids' menu covers children 12 and under. All services include gel polish. Renee and Donnell opened the salon to serve a small, rapidly growing community during uncertain times, with the goal of sprinkling "a little Brown Shugah all over Mount Holly." A second location, Brown Shugah 2.0, followed in Gastonia. The business was named a 2024 Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave.
