Founded in 2007 by three people who combined their individual culinary skills to build an upscale catering operation, drawing on more than twenty-five years of collective experience. LeeAnne Ellis developed her Carolina Lowcountry cooking from childhood and handles the detail work that tailors each wedding or corporate function. Mark Raines brings over 20 years of culinary experience, including a decade mentoring under local chef David Grillo, with whom he opened three restaurants and managed their kitchens.
