David Chaumette works as an embedded operator for founder-led companies that have outgrown the way they were being run. Engagements take four main shapes: strategic operations work alongside the owner and senior team, transitions and negotiations (acquisitions, ownership changes, partner exits, vendor and employee settlements), growth infrastructure such as process design and systems implementation, and fractional leadership on an ongoing weekly cadence. Smaller starting engagements include operational assessments, workflow design, communication repair between owners and staff, and special projects. Clients tend to be owner-operated businesses with real revenue in healthcare and medical practices, multi-location services, hospitality and events, real estate, professional services, retail, and energy and industrial services; work is by referral, with a small number of clients at a time.

The practice is led by David Chaumette, who brings a background in engineering, project management, law, and executive leadership.
