Nearly a decade cooking in a high-volume Concord, NC restaurant sharpened his versatility across cuisines and dietary needs while keeping quality consistent no matter the pace. His guiding philosophy, in his own words, is that "my food speaks for itself." DJ, who handles operations and co-ownership, brings a background in human resources and a gift for hospitality, greeting every guest personally, while daughter Lailah serves as the team's apprentice, learning the family business from the ground up. Together they describe their goal as delivering an unmatched "Chef Kenny Experience" that keeps customers coming back.
