About Chef’s Kitchen

A small, reservation-driven restaurant with a rotating concept: the menu shifts to whatever Chef Christian and the culinary team are focused on at the moment, currently Italian, with an emphasis on creative, seasonal cooking. Seating is limited, so complete parties are seated together and groups of ten or more are split across adjoining tables. Dining times are set at roughly 1.5 hours for parties of two to four and two hours for groups of six or more. A sister restaurant, Father Fats, offers a shared-plates alternative.
