A combined nail studio, spa, and café under one roof in Soho. Services include gel manicures and nail art, facials using microcurrent sculpting, peels and cryo massage, the signature Chill Flow massage with body gua sha, and private infrared sauna sessions. The CHILL CAFÉ serves drinks and bites developed by wellness chef Shauna Faulisi. Multi-service Chill Packs bundle treatments, a Club Chill membership offers monthly treatments and perks, and the space can be booked for private events.
Founded by Cyndi Ramirez-Fulton in 2017 as a café-meets-nail-salon-meets-massage-boutique on the Lower East Side, built around the idea that no single place in New York offered a massage, fresh nails, and a matcha together. The concept rejected both pretentious spa culture and the uncertainty of typical nail salons. The business now operates a flagship location on Varick Street in Soho, organized into zones that move guests from café to nail studio to treatment rooms and sauna.
