About Clark Kidder Real Estate Team

A two-agent real estate team focused on the private, gated Lake Mohawk community outside Malvern and the surrounding Carroll County area, handling both listings and buyer representation. Robyn Clark has worked the Lake Mohawk market since 1998 and holds recognitions including the OAR President's Sales Club Award of Distinction and Stark County Women's Council of Realtors Entrepreneur of the Year; Melanie Kidder came to real estate after 18 years as an educator and completed Ninja Sales Installation training in 2019. Their site also serves as a guide to Lake Mohawk itself, covering the roughly 1,000-home community, its 500-acre spring-fed lake, three beaches, marina and docking areas, and 9-hole golf course. Advanced property searches are handled through their affiliated Cutler website.
