About Cuban Guys Restaurants Food Truck

A fast-casual Cuban chain built around traditional Hispanic sandwiches, with the Frita Cubana — a seasoned beef patty topped with crispy string fries and onion on a Cuban roll — and the Cuban sandwich as the signature items. Sides include yucca frita, plantain chips, and salads, with string fries cut fresh daily and never-frozen ground beef hand-formed into frita patties each morning. Beyond the Miami-Dade and Miramar storefronts, the business takes catering orders through a direct online system and rents out its food truck for events. It also streams a free DJ-mixed music station, Cuban Guys Radio.

Founded in 2012 by Jorge Llapur, Isaac Sklar, and Enrique Santos, the business started on West 76th Street in Hialeah. It has since grown into a small local chain serving customers across Miami-Dade County from several locations.
