About Davies Family Farm
Davies Family Farm is a dual veteran-owned, family-run farm in Georgetown in southwest Ohio. On its former website the farm described grass-fed Black Angus cattle raised on pasture with no feedlots, stockyards, added hormones, antibiotics or GMOs. The cattle were processed at a USDA plant and the beef dry-aged for 14 days. The farm also raised pastured broiler chickens and laying hens rotated to fresh grass, Idaho Pasture Pigs, and vegetables, specialty greens and berries. It sought wholesale accounts with chefs, restaurants, butchers and meal-prep companies. The family also runs DFF Designs, an Etsy shop selling graphic tees and other apparel.
The family started Davies Family Farm in 2017 with a small garden and a few hens and grew from there, adding grass-fed Black Angus cattle, pastured broilers and laying hens, and Idaho Pasture Pigs. The farm describes itself as dual veteran-owned and family-run, uses the motto 'Growing Family Strong,' and has also sold apparel through its DFF Designs Etsy shop since 2019.
