The firm was founded in February 2019 by an attorney pursuing the goal of starting his own practice. He graduated with honors from the University of Dayton School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 2003, spending his prior career at a large Dayton firm where he began as a summer associate and became a partner, handling workers compensation defense, commercial and employment litigation, estate planning and family law for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individuals. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association. Before law school he worked in advertising sales and earned a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from American University in 1997.
