About Delaplane Cellars

A Virginia wine country tasting room about an hour west of Washington, DC, with panoramic views of the Cobbler Mountains. Bottlings include a traditional-method sparkling rosé (2021 Claire), a 2021 Xavier Blanc de Blancs, and a 2022 Tannat, sold on site and through an online shop. Weekend visits are by reservation, and the winery hosts private events. The Discoverer's Club membership offers quarterly releases, club-exclusive wines, complimentary tastings, member events, and discounts.
