Dutch Country Farm Market opened in Spring City on June 28, 2018, founded by Ephraim and Rebecca Zook, who grew up on local farms and brought that firsthand growing experience directly into the market they built. Rather than simply reselling produce sourced elsewhere, the Zooks operate their own family-run farm alongside the market, growing corn, tomatoes, strawberries, and a range of other fruits and vegetables that show up on the shelves in season.
