Dutchess of Doula is a doula and childbirth education service based in Hanford, founded in 2018 by Joytonia, a doula since 1996, serving Visalia, Lemoore, Hanford, Fresno, and Clovis. The business offers doula training, childbirth classes, labor support packages, and postpartum services. In 2019 it became the first doula program in the Central Valley to partner with Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal.
