Elegant Dee'Zines HairCare is a natural haircare line and loc studio in Garner, North Carolina, built by DeeDee "LocQueen" Williams, a loctician and natural haircare specialist with more than fifteen years of hands-on experience. The business specialises in locs and natural hair, and everything in the product line is handcrafted. The premise is scalp-first. As the brand puts it, a healthy scalp is the foundation for healthy hair, so the range is formulated to address dryness, itchiness, dandruff and breakage rather than just coat the strands. Products use natural ingredients and essential oils — the Lemon Hydration Oil, for instance, blends grapeseed, nigella sativa (blackseed), vitamins E and A, lemongrass, extra virgin olive oil and cypress.
