A full-service salon and spa offering precision haircuts, color, balayage and color correction, extensions, treatments like K18 and glossing, plus natural nail care, facials, waxing, massage and body treatments for men, women, and teens. The team includes master stylists and colorists along with nail technicians and estheticians who handle waxing and skincare. Products come from European lines including Davines, Moroccanoil, Guinot, and Leaf & Flower. Complimentary consultations are offered for color, extensions, and spa services, and complimentary coffee drinks and wine are available during appointments. A Head Spa experience with scalp therapy and hydration is planned for 2026.

The salon has operated in Williamsburg since 1992, founded by a European hairstylist who brought European products and techniques to the local market. It remains an owner-run small business, with owner Annette Ritzmann working as a master stylist and colorist.
