About Everyday You Microlinks & Extensions
Everyday You Extensions is a hair extension studio in GeorgeTown Office Park at 6600 Six Forks Road in North Raleigh, run by Priscilla Payne. It works by appointment only, Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm, closed Mondays. The studio's specialism is microlinks and beaded-row extensions, installed with no glue and no thread. Its signature is the Metowi Method — the technique Payne calls a viral Instagram sensation — which she describes as more comfortable and healthier than traditional extensions, invisible enough to wear from a flat top-knot ponytail to bouncy curls, and lasting eight to twelve weeks with maintenance. Invisible beaded row, traditional microlinks and tape-in methods are all offered alongside it. Payne is a master colourist with over fifteen years of experience, working in colour correction, balayage, custom fashion colours and grey coverage, from $225. Prices are published for the fixed services: a Deluxe Silk Press at $125, which includes her signature Crème de la Crème treatment; the Crème de la Crème hydration treatment on its own at $95, aimed at revitalising thinning edges and thickening fine hair; and a classic sewn-in weave with leave-out from $525 including two bundles. Deluxe microlink maintenance is required every four to six weeks to protect the hair and extend the install, with curls or grey coverage an extra $25. The studio also makes custom wigs and sells premium raw bundles. Microlinks are not sold at a set price. Every new client completes a virtual consultation first — a form, then a recent photo of their natural hair texted to the studio — and receives a quote from that.
