About Fat Kid Burgers Truck

A food truck serving gourmet smash burgers made from a custom 81/19 beef and select pork blend, with burgers and toppings prepared from scratch. Fresh-cut, skin-on fries are sliced five times a day and double fried for crunch, and sodas, water, and Gatorade round out the menu. Online ordering and event booking are available, and the truck's location varies by event. A related concept, Grilled Cheese Gangsters, is also featured.

Jason and Lisa, who operate other food trucks, had long admired Fat Kid Burgers and said they would make an offer if it ever went up for sale. They bought the truck in January 2024. They reworked the menu to be more over the top in line with their other trucks while keeping the integrity of the original food.
