An independent financial planning and investment management firm serving individuals, families, and small businesses in Oldham County and eastern Louisville. Services include holistic financial planning, investment management, and small business 401(k) and IRA plans. The firm holds itself to a fiduciary standard and, as an independent practice, is not tied to a single product or provider. The team includes three CFP® professionals plus an office manager, and securities are offered through Cetera Wealth Services.

Founder Robin Lawson became an independent financial advisor in 1998 after five years with a Louisville insurance company, where he grew frustrated with pressure to sell more products rather than serve clients. When the Louisville branch closed, he went independent and opened Financial Solutions in 2000 with the intent to run the business according to each client's best interest. The firm has since grown to add four more team members.
